General

Which venues and regions do you work with?

We work with theatres and producing houses across the UK and Ireland, from major West End venues in London to regional theatres in Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Liverpool, Manchester, Cardiff and beyond. Whether you’re a single venue or part of a touring production, we’d love to hear from you — get in touch to discuss your programme.

How do I get a quote for a theatre programme?

Drop us a line through the contact form with a few details about your production — venue, run dates, expected print quantity and whether you need design, print, or both. We’ll come back to you with a tailored quote and timeline, usually within two working days.

Design

What does your design process look like?

We start with a discovery conversation to understand the production, the venue’s brand and the audience. From there we develop concept layouts, gather editorial content (cast biographies, programme notes, advertising), and work through structured proof rounds with your team until everything is signed off and ready for print.

Process

What's your typical turnaround time?

It depends on the scope, but a typical theatre programme — from initial brief to print-ready artwork — takes around 3 to 4 weeks. For touring productions or returning clients with established templates, we can often turn around updates in a matter of days. Let us know your dates and we’ll work back from there.

Print

What print quantities can you accommodate?

We manage print runs from a few hundred copies for a single performance up to tens of thousands for long-running West End shows and touring productions. We work with trusted print partners to get the best price and quality at any scale, and can arrange reprints quickly if your run sells out.

What do you need from us to get started?

If you’re supplying your own content, we can work with most common formats for text (Word, Google Docs) and images (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, EPS — at print resolution, ideally 300dpi or above). If you’d rather we handle the design from scratch, just send over branding guidelines, logos and any reference material and we’ll take it from there.

Do you offer sustainable or eco-friendly printing options?

Yes — we specify recycled materials and vegetable-based inks wherever possible, and we are proud associates of the World Land Trust, an international conservation charity that protects threatened tropical forests and wildlife habitats. If sustainability is a priority for your venue, let us know when you get in touch and we’ll build it into our recommendations from the outset.
